Not an academic who taught from books. Hisham saw from the inside how technical teams work and what the difference is between a developer who gets hired and one who stays unemployed. This understanding is what Folowise is built on.

I was a chemistry teacher, and no one expected me to reach anything in tech — even I expected it to be difficult.
